Crické Food Experience


We organize a wide array of food events combining insects with the Italian traditional cuisine.

Following Crické's philosophy, we prefer to use insects powder, more the whole insects, and mix it with Mediterranean traditional ingredients. All the crackers, pasta and bread used in our events are made with crickets flour.
This help people to overcome their cultural taboo against insects as food, while enjoying the incredible nutritional values of bugs.
For the bravest we also prepare one or two dishes with whole insects.
